MusashiSwords.com is dedicated to providing quality products in a timely manner. Which is why we do our very best to ship your orders the same or next business day. Since our shipping carriers don't pick up on weekends and holidays orders placed after 12PM PST Friday through Sunday and holidays will be shipped the following business day. In keeping with our tradition of providing high quality products at a low consumer cost we offer flat standard shipping rates based on the total amount of your order. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. If the total amount of your order is over $500.00 your order ships FREE!

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped from our warehouse. For your convenience, you may create an account with a valid email address and you will receive shipment notifications. You can also log into your account from the LOG IN link to view your order history and track shipments. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at the time of checkout or if the package is subsequently lost, stolen or returned to us you will be responsible for the cost to resend the order even if the original order qualifies for free shipping.
If your order is lost or stolen in transit or there are delivery delays please contact your local post office, USPS.com, UPS or FedEx to file a claim. Once your order has left our warehouse and in the hands of the shipping carrier we have no control over delivery delays caused by the carrier.
