From the Musashi Gold series comes this intricately hand-crafted limited edition “Ikari No Nami” (Angry Wave™) Katana by Master Sword Smith Shen Zhou. Hand-forged using 1095 high-carbon steel, this katana is a must-have for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. 

The blade has undergone a clay-tempering process and features a Notare-style hamon. The blade's polish is almost mirror-like. You can clearly see your reflection in the blade. The handle is real ray skin, wrapped in a battle-style navy cotton cord. The maru gata style brass tsuba features a crashing ocean wave design. The blue wooden saya blends with the navy color tsuka to create the ocean theme.

Award Winning Mastersword Smith Shen Zhou is one of the top swordsmiths in China. Coming from generations of master sword smiths dating back to 1885, Master Shen with over 27 years of experience, he has become a well-known and respected Master Sword Smith worldwide. He has forged swords for numerous top government officials of China.  The current President of China, Xi Jinping, the Sultan of Oman, Former President of Chile as well as celebrities Jet Li, billionaire businessman Jack Ma are just a few of the collectors who owns swords from Master Shen.
