From the Musashi Gold series comes this intricately hand crafted limited edition “Ikari No Nami” (Angry Waves) Katana by Master Sword Smith Shen Zhou. Hand forged using 1095 high carbon steel with over 1000 layers this katana is a must-have for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. The blade has gone through clay tempered process and features a Notare style hamon. The polish on the blade is almost mirror like. You can clearly see your own reflections on the blade. The handle is real ray skin wrapped battle style in navy cotton cord. The maru gata style brass tsuba features a crashing ocean wave design. The blue wooden saya blends in the navy color tsuka to crate the ocean theme.
